Job Responsibilities

• To visit different colleges and polytechnic institutions of Bangladesh, fix up banners, organizing seminars, posters and distribute pamphlets in the institutions so visited.
• To contribute as an effective member of the marketing team and attend staff meetings as required and to develop working relationships with other staff in order to implement specific marketing campaigns.
• To liaise internally with university staff, externally with prospective students, teachers, current students, former students and other stakeholders of the community for increasing enrollment.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels particularly in respect of all marketing activities-both internal and external.
• To assist with the planning, implementing and organizing of University Open Days, ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently.
• To deliver presentations to prospective students at the Seminars, Job Fairs, Career Fairs and Skills Development Events as necessary.
• To assist in the planning and delivery of the University’s short term marketing policies for student recruitment.
• To assist in the updating and maintaining of the University’s online promotion and paper based on marketing and recruitment materials and related information.
• To prepare coaching centers, colleges and polytechnic institutions database and update it from time to time
• To facilitate the production of any marketing materials, directed by the Deputy Registrar of Admission.
• To use audio-visual and/or other presentational equipment as required.
• To plan, develop and deliver marketing and communications activities for the University as required.
• To perform any other jobs assigned by the Deputy Registrar (Admission)

Employment Status: Full-time/ Part-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Fluency in English and Bengali, both speaking & writing is must.
• Good interpersonal & Communication skill.
• Ability to collect, analyze and manage data.
• Ability to understand, articulates, and promotes the vision and mission of GUB
• Excellence computer skills with regard to docs, slides, spreadsheets, databases and web pages.
